The Wollam Safety SMS Program ("Program") is operated by Wollam Construction ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to this Program, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Wollam Safety SMS Program sends text messages to construction field workers and safety personnel at Wollam Construction jobsites. The Program provides:
By texting START or any initial message to our number, or by providing your phone number to your safety manager for enrollment in this Program, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages from Wollam Construction related to our safety program.
Consent is not a condition of employment or any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on safety program activity, jobsite conditions, and your interaction with the system. You may receive multiple messages per session when using the hazard reporting or AI-assisted identification features.
Message and data rates may apply. Wollam Construction is not responsible for any charges related to text messages imposed by your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any applicable fees.
The Program is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The SMS service and AI-assisted features are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our Program includes AI-assisted hazard identification. AI-generated safety observations are intended as supplemental guidance only and do not replace professional safety assessments, formal inspections, or compliance with applicable safety regulations (OSHA, MSHA, etc.). Always follow your company safety protocols and use your own professional judgment.
